4MUS Ambassadors

Thank you for your interest in becoming a 4MUS Ambassador through our sports, 4MUS and ARISE ministries. As part of this community, you will receive exclusive, behind-the-scenes access and information about how we are fulfilling our mission and vision to see God's Kingdom take root in families and communities around the world.


You will also receive:

  • Monthly updates highlighting the stories and the impact of our SportQuest, Arise and 4MUS programs around the world
  • A quarterly video update
  • A yearly tax donation receipt


As an Ambassador, we thank you for your commitment to:

  • Giving a recurring monthly or annual gift equivalent to $50/month or more.
  • Sharing SQ/4M/ARISE opportunities with your relational network.
  • Participating in SQ/4M/ARISE programs when possible.
  • Partnering with our ministry in prayer.


When you reach the monthly or annual gift equivalent, you are automatically added as a 4MUS Ambassador.

    Initiated by you through your online banking, your bank will mail a check to the SQ office when you provide the address below.

    ACH Direct Deposit 

    • For monthly or quarterly automatic debits from your checking or savings account, please contact the 4MUS office. 
    • Provide your routing and account number, the date each month you desire the withdraws, and the amount you desire to give each month. 
    • Call 317-270-9495, send an email (scole@4musa.com), or mail a voided check to 4MUS to provide the needed info.

  • Will my donation be tax-deductible?

    Donations toward the ministry work of 4MUS are tax-deductible under the parent ministry, SportQuest Ministries. SQ is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and, therefore, all donations made to SportQuest Ministries or 4MUS are tax-deductible. Donors will receive a tax donation statement in January of each calendar year.
