YOUTH LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE

A transformational leadership journey for young men

Oklahoma - July 25-28, 2024

Indiana - October 25-27, 2024

Establish identity, clarify purpose, shape character, and develop skills that will create positive change and a clear vision of leadership.

Level 1

The goal of this camp is to help teenage boys (ages 15-19) understand their identity and purpose, develop their character, learn foundational leadership principles and learn about teamwork.

During the camp, we discuss topics like:

  • What is my identity and purpose?
  • What is manhood and how did God design it?
  • How to strengthen your character?
  • How to be a man who impacts others?
  • How to understand your calling?

Through challenge and adventure, campers work together and overcome barriers that help them better understand and practice the things that they learn.

Level 2

Participants in the second level (ages 16-19) are those who have finished the first level or have been nominated to attend.

Campers go deeper into leadership principles, team work, and character development. They put into practice the knowledge they gained in Level 1.

Completing Level 2 will allow participants to put into practice what they learned in every area of their life and leadership. At the camp, these young men learn how to take responsibility and work as a team. Select individuals are invited back to help lead the Level 1 camp.

The Youth Leadership Initiative combines challenge, adventure, experiential learning, physical training, small group discussion, and team-focused activities to provide a unique, purposeful, and challenging experience that brings about transformation.

We are not looking for perfect young men — just young men who are ready to live differently, to accept responsibility, and lead courageously. Ready to serve and be sent.
