FAQs

  • Who can join a Leadership Challenge?

    The Leadership Challenge is uniquely designed for men aged 25 and up who are entrepreneurs, business owners, or business leaders. The Leadership Challenge is not a retreat—it's an adventure. Be prepared to spend most of your time outdoors, walking for several hours without difficulty. Leave your phone and watch behind; you’ll be fully immersed in the journey, covering significant distances with only a light day pack.

    Pack List

    We have a very specific pack list for you to follow.  You are allowed to ONLY bring what is on the pack list.  We encourage men to borrow or share equipment.

  • What does the Leadership Challenge cost and what are the payment options?

    Total Cost: $4980

    Payment Options: 


    Pay in full - at registration 

    Pay a $2490 Deposit -  at registration 

    • Make a Final Payment of $2490 - due 100 days prior to event (by January 6, 2026)
    • *Late payment will incur a $100 late fee. 

    This cost includes everything needed for your Leadership Challenge experience excluding the items on your pack list and flights. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT POLICY FOR THE 4MUS LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE: 

    • Your registration is confirmed once payment is received. By registering for the Leadership Challenge, you assume financial responsibility for the event and authorize 4MUS to contract with third-party providers and purchase necessary supplies for the event on your behalf.
    • Final payment is due on or before the applicable payment due date in order to secure your registration. Failure to pay in full by the due date will result in forfeit of the registration and applicable cancellation fees will apply.  

    CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE 4MUS LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE:


    Cancellations made 90 or more days prior to the scheduled Leadership Challenge: 

    • Refund: Receive an 80% refund of current payment amount. 
    • Transfer: Transfer your event spot and monies to another participant of your choosing to attend the scheduled Leadership Challenge for a $50 transfer fee. Within 48 hours of cancellation, provide info@4mus.org with your transfers name and email. The new participant will receive a unique code to register for the current Leadership Challenge and pay the $50 transfer fee within 48 hours to secure their registration.
    • Donate: Donate your current payment to the ongoing ministry efforts of 4MUS. 4MUS is a 501(c)3 Charitable Organization and all donations are tax deductible.

    Cancellations made 89 days or less prior to the scheduled Leadership Challenge: 

    • No refund will be issued due to the commitment of expenses with third-party providers and general program expenses

    ALL cancellations MUST be in writing and emailed to info@4mus.org. Cancellations are not accepted over the phone, via other participants, or via Telegram. If no email communication is received before the start of the scheduled Leadership Challenge, participants are considered a NO SHOW and no refunds or transfers will be allowed. Payment will be applied to the ongoing ministry efforts of 4MUS.


    90+ Day cancellation deadline:  Jan. 16, 2026 


    NO SHOW POLICY: 

    A participant is considered a “No Show” if:

    • Participant does not show up for the start of the event.
    • Participant did not send an email to info@4musa.com prior to the start of the event to inform of cancellation.

    All payments from a “No Show” participant are applied to the ongoing ministry efforts of 4MUS. Funds are not eligible for transfer, refund, or donation.


    EVENT CANCELLATION:

    If 4MUS must cancel the scheduled Leadership Challenge for any reason, participants will have three options:

    • Cancel their 4MUS Leadership Challenge registration and receive a refund of the amount paid toward their 4MUS event, minus a $50 administrative fee. 
    • Transfer their funds to a future 4MUS Leadership Challenge for no administrative fee. 
    • Donate their full funds to the ongoing ministry efforts of 4MUS -  a 501(c)3 Charitable Organization and all donations are tax deductible.

    4MUS, or any of its event partners, are not and will not be held responsible for reimbursement of costs incurred due to travel expenses for the event (for example: flight change fees or rental fees for traveling to or from the event.
