You will hike some miles through the Nevada desert, experience class 8-10 rapids in the Grand Canyon, and journey together outdoors with a small group of business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs who have the desire to strengthen their leadership while receiving high-impact training based on biblical principles. Leaving your watch and phone behind, we facilitate strategic moments along the way to ask important questions, discuss critical issues, and reflect on lessons learned. All of which leads to new insights, clear decisions, and a pathway to transformation.

Air Travel Information:  

  • Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), Las Vegas, NV
  • Fly in no later than 3 pm on Thursday. Your return flight should depart no earlier than 4 pm on Monday.

FAQs

  • Who can join a Leadership Challenge?

    The LC is for men ages 25 and up who are entrepreneurs, business owners, or business leaders. The LC is not a retreat. Most of our time is spent outdoors. Make sure you can walk for several hours without difficulty. You will not have your phone or watch. Teams walk considerable distances carrying a light day pack.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Pack List

    We have a very specific pack list for you to follow.  You are allowed to ONLY bring what is on the pack list. Pack list is sent after registration.

  • How much does it cost?

    Cost: $4,980.00


    This cost includes all activities, food, drinks, accommodation, and ground transportation after arriving at the check-in location (Harry Reid International Airport).


    Price will not include fights.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICY FOR EVENTS


    Once payment is received, registration is secured. By registering for the LC, you are assuming financial responsibility for the trip and are authorizing 4MUS to secure third-party outfitters and purchase food, supplies, and equipment needed for the event on your behalf.


    REFUND & PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION POLICY


    Due to logistics and payments to third parties, all payments for an LC event are non-refundable if a participant cancels less than 45 days prior to the event. The payments may be used for another participant for the same LC and the same dates with no penalty. If a participant cancels 45 days or more from the event start date, they may choose to receive a refund of 70% of the total amount paid minus a cancelation fee. 


    LC CANCELLATION


    If 4M must cancel an event for any reason, all registrants will receive a full refund of fees. Participants can also transfer their funds to a future LC. 4M or any of its event partners are not and will not be held responsible for the reimbursement of costs incurred due to travel expenses for the event (for example: cancellation/flight change fees or rental fees for traveling to or from the event.)
